MN is passing a law to fine left lane drivers

I was traveling west on I90 in Washington near Ritzville, doing 70 in a 65 zone in the left lane for the same reason, no other car in sight. Then spotted two WSP sitting under an overpass, didn’t bother to slow down as only 5 mph over posted limit.
Sure enough one pulled out and lit me up! :h When he came to the window I got the normal “You do know why I stopped you!” It wasn’t the 5 over, traveling in the left lane! :S Well got off with a chuckle and a verbal warning. :B
