I can't count the times I got behind a C.R.England OTR passing a Swift OTR at 63-65 mph for 17.6 miles on a interstate...up the hill and down the hill and on the flats one gains and then the other. I see this is a big complaint even on OOIDA forums/other trucking forums.
They pass a law against it but like tailgating/speeding/reckless aggressive/red light running/etc driving not much enforcement.
