Tiger4x4RV, thank you. I finally found some old documents that have the numbers. We've resubmitted the paperwork. The park where the mobile home is located is being anything but helpful. They refused to help shut off power, they refused to do anything that requires one of them go out of their way, even slightly. They have no problem applying huge late fees though. :)
