Moderators, Moderating, or CRY BABIES, mostly Cry Babies…

First I support the Moderators on the forums here… I think by in large they do a great job resulting in one of the better forums I have visited… Of course there are times I don’t seem to understand...

I prefer less moderated boards to overly modeated boards. Just because I don't agree with someone doesn't mean I can't learn from them, even their bad can be a lesson.

My scrapbooking message board has some knock down drag out threads due to little moderation. The back button works well there. We can block individuals, but I don't have anyone blocked. The workd isn't all sunshine and roses so I would rather know what is out there ;)
