Dear Marcus is a recently added category with subcategories with easy access for resolving problems with each of the services bought from the affinity group of businesses…they aren’t IMO a Social forum, although often misused as such… it is a help line for affinity customers that need help to get resolution to their issues…
It is a rare and welcome hand out that shouldn’t be abused…
Marcus and his approach, is a breath of fresh air in an industry full uncaring management… I for one commend him…
