This forum (the whole Open Roads forum) is a great resource for us all, you can get the answer to just about any RV question here...often without even posting a question by using the search.
It seems that the only posts that start any trouble are the few on guns, tires, and whether or not to overnight at Walmart. On a forum with as many posts and posters as there are here, the mods and those who "notify" them must be doing a pretty good job.
I believe that half of the edited posts, deleted posts, and closed threads could be avoided by the posters staying on the topic of the original question/comment.
If a poor guy asks "what's the best gun for me to carry in my RV to use against Zombies", the only replies should be from folks who know the best RV carried Zombie guns.
Folks who believe Zombies are people too and that they should only be killed with swords should not reply to the original poster as he wasn't asking about that.
Of course if the question is "how do yall like to kill Zombies when traveling in your RV?" Then the OP is asking for all points of view.
When there are differing opinions in a thread, if people would simply state their opinion (I don't care to overnight in a rest area) instead of giving their opinion along with an insult (I don't care to overnight in a rest area, and if you decide to, you are lower than pond scum and don't deserve to inhabit the face of the earth)I would imagine that a big part of those threads would cruise along with no oversight.
