What we bring along to drink is not the purified kind of bottled water. We bring along natural spring water that's in bottles. This is just slightly more expensive, has a better taste, and hopefully may be just a bit higher in overall quality.
However, we do keep our RV's fresh water tank and entire fresh water system in a sanitized status. The very first fillup of the fresh water tank before we leave home on each trip includes about 8 oz. of chlorine in the fillup.
