I drain my 100 gal tank after two months and add a small bit of Clorox to rinse it out with. I purposely over fill it (and the access flows out). More worried about growing mold in it in the empty areas (that area not filled with water). I run with 50 gals max to cut down on the gas usage (mph). I dislike buying water bottle (its all a hype to make you buy). If you want bottled water reuse you're bottles and just refrigerate it. Same taste.
