Turns out Price-Phister (?) is made with copper touching on metal......6 camping trips in 1 1/2 yrs and the copper was eaten thru!!!!! Now we have a MOEN we purchased from an Ace Hardware.......repairman was for 1 little adapter!!!!
Just a guessing on the RV repair guy.
That's all any of us can do looking at a picture.
