Motorhome driver sentenced in fatal accident

I worked in the roads for many years building traffic signals, and dodged the bullet quite a few times. People do not pay attention to what they are doing, cones, flashing lights, etc. should be a hint to anyone who is paying attention that something is going on ahead and to slow down and drive cautiously but but many drivers pay no attention to their surroundings.
This driver got off really light which is a shame, because of in-attention an officer did not make it home that night or forever.
