Multi Insurance Policies in Ohio

Nationwide was started by the Ohio Farm Bureau as a mutual insurance company which means it is owned by the policyholders so Farm Bureau members get a nice discount.
I belonged to Nationwide for a number of years (and used the Farm Bureau discount too), but one year my policy shot up 40% for no reason. I have been driving for 44 years and have never had a claim filed for auto and also never had a claim for my house. I know companies don't look that far back, but it would be nice to find one company that is reputable and does not increase rates because they assume we are all too lazy to shop around.
