I've had this happen to me before and have learned to tell buyers that the first one that commits is the buyer.
In this case you probably should call the guy driving four hours and either agree to hold off until he arrives and gets an opportunity to look at your RV (giving him first choice), or let him know it could be gone by the time he gets there. Only fair.
