I found a UTV for sale that was 3 hours away. I was the fourth person to call about it. After talking to the seller, I asked if anyone had said that they would give him his asking price. He said that the other people were tire kickers. I told him that I would give him his asking price and that I would be there at 10:00am. He said that the machine was mine. Two of the tire kickers called back and said that they would give him more but he told them that he had an agreement and that I was on the way.
The man kept his word and I picked the UTV at 10.
