AND - - - this is part of why we are becoming an uncivilized society-no respect, no keeping your word, no concept of fairness. Thankfully the OP has enough of a conscience to at least ask for advice. While some of you talk a good game about the money I've no doubt if someone broke their promise to offer you first look you would be very unhappy. A man is only as good as his word. Where have all the good men gone?
