AT NO POINT did the OP state they promised they would show... They simply stated they would notify him when they got back into town... I have plenty of respect, BUT... when someone says they need to run it by their other half, that is NO WAY a SOLID sale.... NEVER is it
This doesn't even make sense. OP said he would contact original potential buyer when he, the OP, got back in town. Potential buyer said he'd be there the next day. BOTH stated they would be there. Promise is implied. As far as the wife issue-not relevant.
