We have another buyer who contacted us over a week ago when we were out of town. We told him when we get back we'll contact him and he plans on coming tomorrow. He lives about 4 hours away.
So, yes, he made contact and the individual said he would come tomorrow. I think it's safe to assume this was agreed to by the OP.

Reading comprehension: Since the OP was to contact him prior to him leaving...if he gets on the road without the contact, that's on the potential buyer. As long as the OP calls and lets him know it's sold (I realize there was an update), no harm, no foul.
