funny, Sunday I had "house hunters" on TV (HGTV) and there was a couple looking for a NYC condo.. one of the ones they really liked was a 350 sq ft studio with a murphy bed.. for what it cost, I could have bought my dream full time RV and tow vehicle... it was right at a half million dollars.. It had way less storage than my current 24 ft TT and didn't have a seperate bedroom.
