First off, welcome!
Everything sounds/looks good. I would try towing in OD on flat ground. as long as it doesn't "hunt" for gears you will be OK. and the Triton motor loves to rev. so on a good grade let it rev, 4000+ rpm is perfectly acceptable for these motors. you want minimum of 12% tongue weight. so you should be around 625lbs.
