It's hard to tell, but it looks like the grain has lifted from the plywood panel behind the wall cover.
It may have been that way for a long time (even new), or it may be a new condition (still grain lift) usually caused by moisture.
All you can do is watch a target spot and compare photos to see if it's progressing. If not there's not much you can do or worth worrying about. If it grows you have a water intrusion problem.
