:D I walk with the dog. Some times we trot. Running ?? I don't' think I can handle that. lol My doctor says to just keep up a fast walk. Supposedly I am suppose to do 20 minutes a day. But, I only end up doing that about 3-4 times a week. Sometimes less. Depends on the weather.
I do have a treadmill in the house I try to use in the winter but, boy is that boring. Still, I try to use it. Otherwise in the winter when I am snowed in alone for days at a time I get so that I can't sleep because I don't get enough exercise.
