No whacking of fender skirt with jack handle, no bent 'I' beam lips, no smashed hidden goodies from jack head getting into underbelly.
And yeah....I watch them also. The RV is in the lot where I can stand and see.
I also inform them of the lug nut torque and the correct air pressure.
Most newer trailers come with torsion axles and there is no spring perch. The frame is the only recommended jack location on my trailer.
