That thing about the insurance is BS.....they just do not want you to see what they did or did not do....I have worked with enough garages to know that they cannot stop you from watching what they do to your vehicle...
They just want to be able to deny liability.....I was in CW's shop when they were installing his fifth wheel hitch and the tech was installing a Reese hitch instead of the pull rite that he paid for. The tech would not believe me when I informed him that it was the wrong hitch so now he has a bunch of extra holes in his bed and they would not fix them even though it was their fault....
