I would disagree. I have had the same agent/agency for over 30 yrs. They have helped keep my prices low and they go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I have price compared over and over again. The result is always the same; less than $10 a month difference. It is worth it to have someone who knows me and will answer my calls when a need arises.
