Do you have a Suburban WH?
Suburban has the electric ON/OFF switch in outside compartment down low in left hand corner.
Some RV mfgs ADD a second ON/OFF switch for convenience but BOTH have to be ON for element to heat
And if it isn't that......
Pull switch and check voltage....120V AC or 12V DC
Then you will narrow the search as to it's function
