Returning calls:
Use a "disposable type" cell phone - such as TracFone. *DO NOT* return calls with your home phone or "regular" cell phone! (Recipient now has your home number).
Most cell phones - at least smart phones allow you to hide your number. On the iphone go to settings, phone, show my caller id. Turn it off there.
