When I receive unwanted calls from a business, I just repeat the same phrase, over and over if necessary, "Please place me on your 'Do-Not-Call' list."
"Please place me on your 'Do-Not-Call' list."
"Please place me on your 'Do-Not-Call' list."
"Please place me on your 'Do-Not-Call' list."

No matter what they try to continue saying or selling, I just repeat the same phrase. It usually doesn't take long.
