well, I guess I will have to tell you my secret. When I get constant calls like that, I thank then for the free fridge and am very effusive about it . How wonderful it is, then I think I hear them say they are going to send me a new washer dryer and then I get presistant about when is it going to be delivered. I go on and on. They eventually get annoyed with me and hang up on me. I know that is shocking, but it is so much fun. After a couple of tries like that they usually stop calling me. Essentially I convince them that I am just a tiny bit crazy. Have fun with those annoying phone calls.
