Really everything we can suggest is mostly speculation. But we can make suggestions that might help you figure it out.
How many wires are you dealing with and what colors are they.
Do any of the wires have an fuse or small circuit breaker attached? (most likely positive 12 + )
Can you see any of the wires going to a bolt or screw on the frame? (most likely negative 12v - )
Wires going to a switch are most likely positive (12v +).
As far as posting photos you need to upload the photos to the web first. Here's a link to the rv.net tutorials. If you follow the first tutorial it will walk you through uploading a photo and pasting it into this topic.
