One of your cables will come from your converter. (that goes to positive terminal on your battery - maybe through a fuse) One of your cables will connect to your chassis and act as ground. (that goes to the battery negative terminal). The two batteries will connect together - positive to positive and negative to negative - so you should have two shorter cables that serve that purpose. That should take care of 4 of the cables. You may have other smaller cables that power things like the electric steps or carbon monoxide alarm - every rig is different. A multimeter can perform continuity test which will help identify.
