While I was replacing the amber marker lights up top on the front with new LED's , 4 out of the 5 old lens covers were cracked ! Actually looked like hit from rocks ! The window up front the housing...

I am going to replace the whole unit. I get where you are coming from, older units will have all kinds of gunk in and around the lens caps.
We just bought a Horizon and I plan on replacing all the units, lower power consumption and easier on the alternator.
