Recently we spent about two weeks a beach site here in So Cal, one group of late twenties/early thirties really took over our site blocking a goodly portion of the ocean view. We knew they would only be there a couple of days so I didn't say anything. Later on I was talking to one of the rangers around our fire and mentioned what had happened. He was very emphatic that I should have told a ranger. He feels it is the only way to teach some people the rules.
I still feel it was easier to put up with it for two days than the possible repercussions after a case of beer.
