Neighbor stopped RV theft in progress

I think it's great that he stopped, but honestly, if it were my RV, I would have preferred him to just write down the license plate number, etc., and call the cops and not have tried to tackle the thief. I could have never enjoyed my RV again if those punks had beat the c##p out of my neighbor (or worse, killed him).
