Neighbor stopped RV theft in progress

FWIW, we need more neighbors like this. I would do it for my neighbor (and I don't even know them). I would hope my neighbor would do the same for me. I sternly reject the notion that the neighbor shouldn't have done something. An able body person who can help should help.
