It doesn't work for crappola. I bought two packages and used one on shoes, a baseball-type cap, a felt western cowboy hat, my kayak paddle and a couple other things.
It wore off the shoes after my first walk through tall grass.
The ball cap was fine except for the spot were I'd grab the bill to put on and take off the cap. Same with the cowboy hat.
It didn't work at all for the paddle.
The main problem with this stuff is that it wears off just by lightly brushing it with your hand, grass or water. Yes! water!! My paddle didn't touch anything but water. Was hoping it would keep water from dripping down my arms. Based on their videos and how it worked on a toilet brush, which came out of a toilet bowl without even a drop of water on it, I was really looking forward to my paddle staying dry too.
Lucky for me, my local Home Depot gave me a full refund, even on the used set I had tried.
This stuff is a LONG way from being prime time. Save your money and frustration.
