I have not hooked up yet but the height range to the top of the plate is 17" to 19" from the bed. I set mine at 17". These new trucks are so tall I am afraid I may be about 3 inches nose high even with my pin box all the way up. Will know this weekend when I do some testing.
I initially set mine at 19", doing some experimenting....too high, dropped down to middle height of 18", at that point it appears I'm basically at the same height with this set up as I was with the picture frame adapter and the Reese 20K Signature hitch.. I actually hitched up in driveway and am going by where I set before...Will know better also when I tow.
Keep us posted on your towing experience and let us know if you had to re-adjust your hitch height....
