Never said it was really a big deal but more of an observation. The difference is transmission is with those who don’t pay attention and start the process after the green light shows for them. Those sloths get an advantage when all they have to do is mash the skinny pedal.
Also, I’ve notice too that the more crowded it’s gotten on the roadway, the longer people seem to space apart getting going at lights. I’m not sure how they forgot so soon how long they just sat there with the rest of us. The worst ones are those who leave a huge space and slowly roll the light red anyway.
