All of this angst generated over a simple law banning attempted texting and driving by mental deficients in our society that think it is perfectly acceptable for them to put other's lives at risk because of their whims! Wow!!!
The odds of it happening are very low, however it is important to maintain liberty and not allow the government to exercise certain controls over us.
That being said, its quite a reach to equate driving while using a phone to a fatal police encounter during a no knock search warrant...
