Among the police, yes I’m suggesting that. They are trained and “filtered” through the hiring and on boarding process. My personal experience is an anecdote as well but I was sharing it to help explain why I believe what I do, not to refute someone else’s opinion.
In my opinion, the type of people who survive the police academy and whose very job constantly requires manging lots of inputs are more likely to be better at handling the increased complexity of driving while using a phone.
