Basically it says you may not touch your phone while driving but if you set up a music stream before you start. that is OK, and if you can VOICE command it that too is ok... I basically could not use my cell phone while driving in GA.. As most of the places I drove NO SIGNAL, (Well I could use it as an MP3 player).
