Guess, i was hoping somebody would say "Don't worry about it, they don't have a leg to stand on, they're bluffing."
I can't say that, but I had a similar situation many years ago, when I purchased a boat. Paperwork was all complete, and I had taken delivery. We had problems with the engine, which were fixed under warantee. Then the dealer called and said he had made an error and we had to pay another $3K. I told him, "No! A deal is a deal." He sniveled and offered to let me "work it off" by using my boat as a demonstrator. Again I said, "No!" He went away. I do think a call to an attorney is in order. I was too young and foolish to think of that at the time. LOL!
