The bank had no reason to cancel the loan...if the buyer applied and was approved, then the loan is funded. The bank makes money from lending money, not selling vehicles, they would have had no reason to cancel the loan. Again this is just the dealer trying to intimidate the OP, just as vulcaneer describes with "you'll hear from our lawyer."
Regardless of why it was cancelled he would have to get another loan for the same RV at the new higher price. Had the loan not been cancelled he could've stood his ground. I believe he said he was on the phone with the bank, so whether the bank or the dealer cancelled the loan, it was in fact cancelled.
