Well based on the OP's post I am assuming that it is a ASME Tank permanently mounted in a motor home. I would check with an RV dealership AND a Propane Distributor
A propane "TANK" is typically mounted permanently onto the RV. If you can easily remove yours by releasing a clamp, it is a propane "CYLINDER". The two are totally different and are treated differently.
The cheeky answer might be.....you can get a one litre green bottle for a camp stove or a 1000 gal tank for commercial use. What do you need? But of course being a Canadian, I would never say that to you.....
Assuming you need something for your RV, you could check with your local Costco for sizes and prices. For onboard tanks......? Local RV dealer maybe.
