They charge by linear foot of replaced rubber roof. Any Roof sheathing, solar panel, or satellite system (removal/ installation) is an added expense.The best I can offer, is to measure your existing roof, then call for estimate. Give them your roof details ( a photo would probably help). Example: number of solar panels, satellite dish, skylight, etc. They can then give you a written estimate. If you are correct with your work to be done, and "no" roof damage is found, then you will have an accurate estimate. They will also provide photos as the work is done to keep you apprised of the job scope!
I had them replace all plastic covers on roof, my skylight, and replace my old "crank-up tv antenna, and installed much better roof vent covers. I thought that their prices for these items were very reasonable!
