DTR has the right idea. Go there in person, be pleasant and reasonable in your excpectations. Your unit isn't damaged. With just about any RV sold, you are going to need some repairs performed and unfortunately, this is just part of the process. So don't worry. I suspect when you get it back you will never know anything was done.
