Nothing wrong with independent or mobile RV techs however when it comes to the manufacturers original warranty, many of them are not interested in dealing with the RV manufacturer. They leave that up to you. Another thing is they may not be willing to perform the repair for what the manufacturer is willing to pay. In that case you foot the difference.
