Bill them your payments for 2 months. If they squawk, hit them for loss of use in addition for 2 months.
If they complain again, get them for conspiracy to defraud...across state lines is racketeering.

Attorneys General despise companies who take advantage of consumers and think nobody can touch them because of their size. But big sizes have deep pockets for big fines.
Up to you, but I see this in the industry's future if they keep treating customers like this, with MONTHS of delays for warranty work ;)
