I had a Harley on Craigslist a few years ago and someone claiming they were in Afghanistan wanted to buy it using PayPal. I asked them to send me an e-mail from their AKO (military e-mail) to my AKO account to verify their status and I never heard back from the goon! Scammers do not have any boundaries..
