On the local news last night..... Both Walmart and the law say it's ok as....
I think what everyone might be missing here is this a post about a Walmart in Canada. They have some pretty weak dui laws and fines.

IMHO this would never even be a passing thought here in the US.
Not by Walmart and most certainly not the police. DUI, MADD, arrests for public drunkenness and drunk driving deaths is just way too much in the fore front of our society for this to ever be considered ok by the police or in a Walmart in the USA.
