I was on the third chain with that one, this next weekend when I'm off work was going to pull it to the school up here (flat) and try 4 or 5 links if needed. The trailer has a hitch weight of right around 800lbs, and the X is known for having softer leaf springs than the F250.
However, driving it felt like it had good control. It squatted maybe 3-4" when I put it on there, but without anything hooked up there is not much rake in the rear so I expected to need to "address" the squat in the rear.
