I'm not sure where the scratches are, but is something I'd want touched up. Sometimes these little things, I'd rather do myself, than have someone that doesn't care make a bigger mess of it.

If a dent in the fridge door, that should be replaced under warranty. It takes a while to get things from the factory, but make sure to get it in writing, that a damaged item will be replaced.
